We are thrilled to announce the names of this year’s Associate Accompanists. Find out more about this incredibly talented trio.
Hebba Benyaghla
Hebba is the Associate Accompanist for NYCOS National Girls Choir. She is currently studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a scholarship for Masters study, having also studied at undergraduate level. She is accompanist for RCS Juniors and Greenock Philharmonic Society.

I was so excited to find out I would be an Associate Accompanist and I am very much looking forward to working with the choir. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a talented group of young people who are so enthusiastic about music making.
Jamie Turnbull
Jamie, from Crieff, is the Associate Accompanist for NYCOS National Boys Choir. He is currently studying Astrophysics at Edinburgh University whilst working towards a DipABRSM in piano. Prior to this, he studied piano and viola at the RCS Junior Conservatoire. He is currently accompanist for The Seven Hill’s Chorus, St Andrew Camerata and Crieff Choral Society.
JAMIE SAYS
As someone with a strong interest in choral music both as a singer and accompanist, I’m excited to be spending a whole week working with such a distinguished choir and conductor.
Eun-Joo Yoon
Eun-Joo is the Associate Accompanist for National Youth Choir of Scotland and studied Music (violin) at King’s College London. She currently teaches piano and violin while working as a freelance accompanist. She is the pianist for the Edinburgh Chinese Choir and Edinburgh City Singers and has recently performed at the Endellion Festival.
