Become a Friend
For participants, being in a choir is about more than just singing – it is also about forming new friendships, sharing the joy of common purpose, and building confidence and self-esteem in a safe and supportive community. If you believe in the transformative power of choral singing, please consider becoming a NYCOS Friend.
National Girls Choir Participant
“I really enjoyed being in the choir, making new friends and feeling like I am part of a music family. I love that I can be myself and sing with people who share the same interests as me. I loved everything about NYCOS Girls Choir”
Our Friends show their support of youth singing in Scotland by making a regular donation monthly or annually. By donating, they facilitate a world-class education and performance programme and receive a range of benefits including an exclusive newsletter, invitations to receptions and access to unique behind-the-scenes events.
